David is keen to ensure that all children at Creative Hands Childcare have the best possible experience during their time here and that the team members reach their potential. He is a dad of two and an accomplished guitar player, aviation enthusiast and scale modeller. He is dab hand at fixing things and occasionally dabbles in Warhammer 40K. He is also an adult instructor with the local RAFAC.

Laurie is passionate about ensuring that all children in the setting are able to thrive and develop to their fullest potential as well as developing a love for learning. Laurie is a mum of two who enjoys music, swimming and a good chick flick – usually one with a wedding in it. She has more recently joined the local RAFAC as the chair of the Civilian Committee.

Jessica is an all-round caring person and the development of the children in her care is paramount. She has a love of animals and keen eye for detail. She applies this in her role which means that she can constantly develop and improve the level of education provided. She has been known to be seen carrying out activities during water during night times.

Laura’s highlight of working with children is being able to see them grow and achieve to their full potential whilst in her care. When not working at Creative Hands Childcare, she balances being a mum with a love of rock and roll, vintage motorbikes, cars and scoping the local muscle.

Mandy is a great motivator and engages her team well. She enjoys her time at Creative Hands Childcare where she also leads the Warhammer and D&D club. In her spare time, she enjoys spending her time outdoors and painting (especially miniature models).

Sky is very caring with strong childcare skills. Children love her and she always does her best to support and develop the children to the best of her ability. In her spare time, she loves watching anything Disney and her favourite is Lilo and Stitch.

Kirstyn loves working at Creative Hands, feeling a part of a big family is more amazing than anything. Being a part of the development of children is amazing! Her life quote is “If you believe in yourself, you can make anything happen” Outside of her time with us, Kirstyn’s hobbies are cleaning up after her other half, photography and military aviation.

Jodie loves all things cooking and baking. She is highly organised and prides herself on providing not only the best food, but the best service to all those that she provides food for. Known locally as cornflake head, or Wendy. Jodie is a keen unicorn enthusiast and loves all things unicorn.

Angel is a strong practitioner that brings stability to challenging scenarios. She enjoys building strong bonds with the children to help them develop at a pace that works for them. Angel’s skills lie with supporting all children with special educational needs. We enjoy keeping up with her hair colour changes.

Natasha is an experienced and ambitious practitioner who wants to give all the children in her care the best they can at every stage of the day. When not at Creative Hands Childcare she spends her time between her busy family life and spending time with friends.

Katie strives to do her best for the children every day. She is caring and loves how rewarding her role is by seeing the children grow and flourish. She has an eye for detail and likes to get to know everyone.

Lee is a knowledgeable and enthusiastic member of the team. He is always coming up with new ideas to make the experience in our Out of School Club the best it can be. In his spare time, he is an experienced DJ who has attended many major events and even published a book about his DJ journey! 

Vanessa believes that children are like seeds who need solid foundations in order to grow and blossom into beautiful flowers, and she is passionate about ensuring those foundations are in place in our 2-3’s room. She really enjoys the benefits that delivering a forest school session delivers. Outside of Creative Hands Childcare, her hobbies are crafty and she enjoys making people smile with homemade gifts she also enjoys growing and eating things.

Elisha is a passionate practitioner who constantly strives to improve and in turn deliver the best for the children in her care. She is an advocate of strong safeguarding practice.

Aimee enjoys working with children to give them opportunites and care that she feels that some children miss out on during their childhood years.
