Opening Hours
Creative Hands Childcare is open 52 weeks per year except for the Christmas day, Boxing day and New Years Day bank holidays. We are open on bank holidays.

Health and hygiene consumables including wipes, nappies / pull-ups and sun cream.
Extra-curricular activities such as yoga, forest school, cookery, local and cultural trips.
Some visits and outings may be chargeable and these will be communicated in advance.
Funded places
We offer the Government’s funded 15 hours and 30 hours funding for all eligible children aged 9 months to school age.
We offer funded spaces over both term time only or ‘stretched’ over 52 weeks when the nursery is open. This means that your funding can be used over 52 weeks (all year) or over 38 weeks (term time only).
Government funding is not intended to cover the cost of nursery-cooked meals, other consumables or extra-curricular activities. As such, funded sessions do not include, consumables, nappies/pull-ups, wipes, breakfast, lunch, tea, extra-curricular visits/outings, yoga and forest school sessions and suncream.
These can be provided via the following options:
1). Sustainability fee at £1.30 per hour of funding used. This is voluntary and the following items are included:
Nappies/pull ups and wipes. We use dry wipes that are wetted with water to avoid any sensitivity issues.
Infant formula and milk
All food and drink. All of the food that we provide is fully balanced, in line with the food for life criteria. Lunches consist of a hot lunch and dessert. Teas are a light meal.
Extra-curricular visits and outings
Extra-curricular activities such as, Yoga sessions, Forest school sessions, baking, etc
Suncream
2). Pay for individual service options:
Breakfast - £1 per meal
Lunch - £3.20 per meal
Tea - £1.80 per meal
Nappies and wipes daily fee - £3
Extra-curricular activities daily fee - £2
3). Provide your own food, nappies/pull-ups, wipes, etc.
Note:
Some visits and outings may be chargeable and these will be communicated in advance.
If you choose to provide your own items for your child, please speak to our manager who will provide you with information on what should be supplied.
Children are welcome to attend in addition to their funded spaces. These will be charged at the standard hourly rate (see above for more details).
Funded places
We will continue to offer public service discount for all those with valid evidence as well as sibling discounts and staff discount at current rates.

Discount is not available on sustainability fees and non-childcare fees. Discounts are offered at the discretion of the business and may be withdrawn at any time. Discounts are not available on late fees and similar charges. Only one discount can be used simultaneously.
