OUT OF SCHOOL CLUB STAPLEFORD

Staff are positive role models for the children. Each member of the team has high expectations for behaviour, and we take pride in demonstrating kindness and respect to everyone within our nursery.

Regular trips help to expand children’s understanding of the world. At least once a month, we seek to provide an extra special activity that gives further chances for children to develop better knowledge of their community and the world around them.

Our environment stimulates learning. Activities are thoughtfully chosen and set out to provide as many chances as possible for children to make progress in all areas of learning, from social and emotional to maths and literacy.

Family is at the heart of what we do. We are family owned and run, and all members of the family get involved with helping out, leading by example and working together to create a vibrant and friendly atmosphere.

We promote opportunities to develop independence and resilience. For children to have the tools they need to grow into healthy and well-adjusted adults, they need to have opportunities to stand on their own feet and learn just what they are capable of achieving.

We have a cooperative approach with all parents with regards to children’s development and will share both the achievements and challenges with the aim of parents supporting the learning journey.
